Needed a call out as moved into a new home and the garage door wouldn’t lock. Rob came out to me on the same day and was very pleasant and kind and talked me through the issue and how we can solve this. He also upgraded and changed our main door lock during the call out. 10/10 for customer service and professionalism. Can’t recommend LocksUnlocked highly enough. My daughter locked herself out of the house with our elderly cat inside while I was abroad with the only other key. Rob responded very quickly to my message late at night via the website, came the following morning at the time I asked him to (having checked my ID), was able to enter the house without causing any damage, waited while my daughter looked for her key and helped her come up with a sensible solution when she couldn’t find it and then charged me a very reasonable amount (and less then I had expected when I made contact initially). It was al such a relief in a very stressful situation. Hopefully I won’t need him again but I would be straight on the phone to him if I did.
